Booking & Fees

You can view a range of customer reviews on both our website, Google Business, Facebook and Instagram. References are also available upon request. 

We believe in all-in, surprise-free package quotes. Therefore, we do not charge any extra travel fees within our service radius (80 miles from where the act is based). Anything farther will depend on availability and distance. We check your venue location upon enquiry and will let you know well in advance of any potential additional fees. 
 

A 25% deposit is required at the time of contract signing, in order to secure the date. Your remainder is due 90 days prior to the event. 
 

It’s best to book as early as possible to ensure availability. May to September Saturdays are the most sought-after, booking at least a year in advance. Fridays are also in high demand.

Performance Details

Yes, based on your chosen line-up you may have 1 or more of our regular vocalists perform for you on the night. If you have any preference for a specific vocalist, please let us know. 

Some acts are happy to take requests on the night. We are happy to discuss this with you in more depth upon our initial consultation. 
 

Yes, most of our acts offer fully-tailored sets whereby you can choose your favourite tunes for us to play. Letting us know your special requests in advance will enable us to ensure your perfect vision comes to life on the day. 
 

We specialise in offering a wide variety of musical genres, such as: Pop, rock, soul, funk, disco, dance, EDM, rock’n’roll, jazz, swing, blues, reggae, folk, country, bluegrass, Irish, Scottish, Spanish, Jewish and classical music. Our musicians are versed in multiple styles, which enables us to offer a scope of musical genres within one event.  

Most acts play sets of 45 or 60 minutes with a 30min break. Alternatively, the two 60min sets can be divided into three 40min sets. Feel free to discuss your needs with us further. 
 

Setup &  Requirements

We offer flexible setup solutions for all types of events. In discussion with you, the venue coordinator and event planner we will endeavour to find a setup plan that meets the event’s schedule and logistic requirements. 

Yes, as long as the weather is suitable and there is appropriate shelter and power access. A cover arrangement is necessary to protect the band, the electric equipment, and any wooden instruments not only from rain, but from strong winds and / or direct sunlight. 
 

Space requirements are roughly 3-4m deep x 5-6m wide, depending on the size of the band, or a 1-2m deep x 3-4m wide for solo performers, duos or DJs. If you are concerned about space at the venue, we can definitely discuss with you further and advise on the best setup. 
 

We require a parking arrangement, two 13-amp sockets (ideally from separate power points), a warm meal and soft drinks. INPORTANT: Make sure to enquire with your venue regarding sound restrictions and let us know as soon as possible to avoid complications. 
 

We supply all necessary amplification and lighting. This will depend on the size of the band, dimensions of the space, loading/unloading or audio related restrictions set by the venue. 
 

Additional Services

Absolutely. We can help plan the event with you and source out complementary services such as: Dancers, speciality acts, photobooth, silent disco, bucking bronco, face painting, games and team building activities to name but a few. We can’t wait to discuss the different options with you and start planning. 

All of our packages offer the option to upscale with a professional manned DJ set. Our DJ will liaise with you and take your song requests both in advance and on the night, to keep your dancefloor buzzing with club-like energy (see clause 1. for unmanned disco services). 
 

Background music or a disco playlist is always included between the musical sets. Some of our packages also include two hours of disco service after the live sets (see your package proposal for details). Depending on the agreed arrival and departure times we may also offer music before / after sets, or a full day package (fees may apply). Make sure to discuss these requirements with in advance, so that we can offer the best package for your needs. 
 

Insurance & Safety

A PAT test is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use, and is often requested by venues. All of our electrical equipment is being tested on a yearly basis (copy available upon request). 

PLI covers damage to another person or their property during your event. Most venues require acts to have this insurance. All of our acts are covered by a £5-10 million liability which is renewed yearly (copy available upon request). 
 

Venues that offer live or recorded music played during private celebrations have to have a valid music license. Most established venues will have one, however it is worth double checking for DIY style events and when using local hire such as church or village halls. 
 

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to either postpone or cancel your event, please do get in contact with us as early as possible and we will strive to find the best resolution for all parties involved. Up to 90 days prior to the event date, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Under 90 days’ notice may incur some fees to account for time dedicated towards your event planning. Those fees are detailed in our performance contract under clause 8. 

Our moto is: Never leave a client without entertainment. Our contract covers you from any type of cancellation. Unless in rare cases such as force majeure, we will always strive to ensure that your event is a success and that a suitable replacement act is available to you. 
 

Depending on the act’s availability this may be possible at additional cost. Discuss this possibility in advance as much as possible to ensure availability. 
 

We will always aim to accommodate changes to date or times to the best of our ability. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible for the best chances of fulfilment.
